Abstract The paper analyzes in detail the bottle-neck for CHANG ZHU TAN to realize economic integration-urbanization level being low which focuses on urbanization lagging industrialization and non-agriculture, scale of town being small, the actual economic strength being weak, the construction of infrastructure being bad, etc. On these bases, the paper discusses the topic that accelerating agro-urbanization is the propeller for CHANG ZHU TAN to realize economic integration, beginning from the model of gravitation among cities. Finally, the paper points out that in order to push on economic integration of CHANG ZHU TAN we must accelerate town construction and agro-urbanization through devoting major effects to developing secondary industry and tertiary industry, further deepening reforms, developing cultural quality of peasant and carrying on strategy of important development.
